Hamilton Southeastern High School Chiller Replacement

Hamilton Southeastern School Corporation

RQAW | DCCM partnered with the Hamilton Southeastern School Corporation and the high school’s facilities team to deliver a critical infrastructure upgrade: the replacement of an aging 320-ton centrifugal chiller original to the building. The project was strategically scheduled to ensure uninterrupted cooling for the Spring semester, supporting a comfortable and productive learning environment.

To streamline construction and enhance coordination, RQAW | DCCM provided detailed 3D mechanical plant drawings, enabling precise field execution and minimizing installation conflicts. The project was successfully completed in Spring 2024, delivering long-term reliability and energy efficiency for one of Indiana’s largest high schools.
